ICT Planning and Strategy

IPA works within the Infrastructure Division to provide the following ICT Planning and Strategy services:

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure Reference Architectures using outputs from University strategic plans (Growing Esteem) in conjunction with outputs from Information Architecture requirements, Enterprise Applications Architecture requirements, and the Service Level requirements.
• Provide multi-year cyclic planning and review services for architecture development and consolidation across the infrastructure program, monitor and interconnect relevant architecture development within the program and be the interface on broader architecture development across Information Services.
• Monitor and interconnect relevant architecture developments within the program and are the interface on broader architecture development across Information Services.
