Once Venue Hirings have confirmed your venue booking(s), we can assist with
a range of technical support services, which will help to ensure that your
event is successful.

Technical support services for external conference organizers:
- We strongly recommend that you book a pre-event
training consultation for your conference support team. Our technical
support staff will meet with your team, in your booked venues, and
provide hands-on training to ensure that you are familiar with the
installed equipment, and the best means of utilizing this equipment.
In our experience this training consultation will save you a great
deal of pain during the actual event. Training is best conducted
one to two weeks before the event – we need to receive your
booking request at least one month before your event. There is no charge
for this service.
- Consider booking dedicated technical
support for your event. Qualified technicians can support University
installed multimedia equipment at your event. We need to receive
your booking request at least one month before the event. Additional
