Our technical support staff will meet with your team in your booked venues and provide hands-on training to ensure that you are familiar with the installed equipment, and the best means of utilizing this equipment.

In our experience this training consultation will save you a great deal of pain during the actual event. Training is best conducted one to two weeks before the event – we need to receive your booking request at least one month before your event.

There is no charge for this service.
