We do not provide portable equipment hire
- We offer dedicated technical support. Qualified technicians can support University installed multimedia equipment at your conference. Our current fees are $75 per hour.
- Please review our terms and conditions of support before booking our services.
- You will need to complete an online booking request at least one month in advance of your event.
- Our service target is to respond to your request within two business days,
advising how we may be able to assist. We wish to clarify that this service
is dependent upon staff availability. Staff are not necessarily always available
for after-hours support.
