PORT BLOCKS
===========
A few months ago, blocks were put on ports 1025, 2745, and 6129
to contain a virus outbreak. The level of traffic on those ports
has decreased and the port blocks are proposed to be removed on
15 Sep 2004. Please let me know if there are any issues with this.

This scam is an attempt to use shock tactics to get users to visit
