On 15 Oct 2008, Adobe released Flash Player 10. This version
fixes a number of vulnerabilities, and has enhanced security.

Adobe advises developers to review changes introduced in Flash Player 10,

Computers with various operating systems running Adobe Flash Player 9.0.124.0
and earlier.
