Our Charter
The IT Services Centre will lead the way in developing and implementing a University-wide strategy for consolidating all first level client support provided by Informations Services, which includes the Themis Service Desk, IT Service Desk, University Switchboard and Telephony Services.
The IT Services Centre is responsible for developing and implementing an ITIL-based strategic approach for managing the Service Desk processes and functions. It is also responsible for influencing other parts of the University to adopt this approach as part of their own IT service support strategy.
The IT Services Centre provides first level IT support for staff of the University.
