Becoming an Announcement Requester/SubmitterQ. Who can become an Announcement Requester/Submitter?A. Service Owners and authorised IT Support staff can become Announcement requesters/submitters. Q. How to become an Announcement Requester/Submitter via the online web page?A. Please complete the 'Becoming an Announcement Submitter Online Request Form' Note: Your request will be processed accordingly and support staff will contact you when your access to the online Announcements system is available for use. Q.What happens to my Announcement after I submit it?A. The IT Service Desk will review, approve and publish the Announcement. Q. Is there an alternative method for sending Announcements?A.
