IT User Services provides University-wide support for Information Technology, Enterprise Applications and Telephone Services to support the University's staff and students.

Provides first level support to the University for IT Services including Email, Calendar, Application, Systems, Server and Network issues.

Provides first port of call for all Themis queries and delivers training on Themis Financials and HR systems.

Provide guidance informations on how to configure and use University recommended IT/Telephone/Enterprise applications in a university setting for end users and IT Support staff.
