User Training and Self Help

IT User Services provides assistance to staff, has a number of Self Help materials available and schedules Training on a number of systems and services at the University.

  • Remedy(IT Service Management Tool) :

Use the following link to obtain Remedy User Guides and other reference material or to organise user training.

  • Themis :

The Themis Service Desk provides first point of call for all your Themis, queries.

The Themis Service Desk also deliver training on Themis Financials and HR on a regular basis.

  • Outlook | Entourage Assistance(Using Exchange Server) :

Please refer to the Email Knowledgebase website for initial reference to User Support Material, FAQ's, and migration technical information.

  • LMS :

Please refer to the LMS website for initial reference to user guides, information, news & event, FAQ and technical issues .
