Purchasing of software licenses and media are available via the IT Procurement and Licensing team.

IT Procurement and Licensing offer a range of software licensing programs available for Departments and Affiliated institutions of the University.

• Assistance on Software

IT User Services provides services for accessing, configuration or use of selected software licensed by University

• IT Documentation (Knowledge Base) :

IT Documentation provides guidance on how to access IT Services for example, how to configure Email, Transferring Files, Virus Protection or Web Browsing, etc. for use within the University IT Environment.

• Softdist

IT User Services maintains a central repository of software available for download by authorised staff.
