Statistical Software Licences Charging Procedure

Current Licence Fees:

• SPSS - No Charge, Enterprise License
• SAS - No Charge, Enterprise License
• Minitab - No Charge, Enterprise License
• SYSTAT - $170
• Genstat - $150
• SigmaPlot - $275

SYSTAT, Genstat, SigmaPlot

• The charge is an annual fee
• The charge is made on a per computer basis. So, if a user has the software installed on a home computer and on an office computer the charge is for two licences
• For 6 months or less the fee is 50% of the annual fee
• Users who pay for licences themselves have to make out a cheque to the Information Services and send it to IT Licensing Group.

End of a Licence Year

• SPSS - 31st December
• SAS - 28th November
• Minitab - 31st August
• SYSTAT - 7th August
• Genstat - 30th April
• SigmaPlot - 24th May
