Telephony Services
The University phone infrastructure and staff communications environment is going through a complete overhaul. Over the next three years the Unified Communications Program aims to consolidate the University’s telecommunication services. The first of these changes the University will experience is a new, single telephony carrier and an expanded mobility service. The following pages detail the new services. Be aware as this project is rolling out there are CURRENT and NEW mobility services in place; see below.

This page will assist with any changes or information you require in relation to fixed lines such as instruction sheets, conference phone rental, moves and changes and related FAQ’s - CURRENT MOBILITY SERVICE (University supported mobile accounts created prior to July 21st, 2008 including current Telstra account holders)
- NEW MOBILITY SERVICE (New mobility users, or mobility users who have been transitioned to Optus through the Mobility Project)
