How To Use An IQTEL 350 Telephone
- Tell them to hold: PBX RECALL: dial other ext : hear answer: hang up
- Hear busy tone: PBX RECALL: dial *0: replace handset: wait...
- (to cancel this, lift handset and dial #0)
- Hear other phone ring: lift handset: dial **: speak (must be in the same group)
- Hear other phone ring: lift handset: dial ##: dial extension that is ringing
- PBX RECALL: dial other ext. : talk: ask other to hang up: continue
3-way conference
- talk to 1st ext. : PBX RECALL: dial other ext: hear answer on 2nd ext.:
PBX RECALL: have 3-way conference... - NOTE: 2 internal and 1 external.
- talk : PBX RECALL: hear tone: dial 10: dial 2nd ext.: talk
- PBX RECALL: etc to alternate...
Divert all calls to another extension
- Lift handset: dial *1: dial other extension: hang up
- Lift handset: dial #1: hang up
- Lift handset: dial *3: dial other extension: hang up. (It's #3 to cancel this)
- Lift handset: dial *2: dial other extension: hang up. (It's #2 to cancel this)
Store a number in memory
- Lift handset: STORE : Dial number: STORE: Press memory key 1-10
- Replace handset.
- Lift handset: Press memory key 1-10 .: listen.
- Lift handset: Press REDIAL .
Save
Used as a number notepad. To both store and retrieve
- Press STORE; enter the number, Press SAVE
