Telephone Fault Reporting

Before you ring to report a fault please check the common faults document first.

If you still require help, please assist us to help you faster by having this information handy when you ring 40888:

  1. The extension number of the phone with the problem.
  2. What type of phone has the problem (There will be writing somewhere..)
  3. What the problem is.
  4. Where the phone is (building and room number).
  5. A contact phone number (This is vital)

 

Warranty


We give a 12 month warranty on replaced phones. When you ring to report the fault, please let us know if the phone has been either bought or replaced within the last twelve months, to ensure that we do not charge for repair.

If we need to charge for replacement of the phone we will ask for an internal order.
