Conference Phone Requests
We have two handsfree telephones (one on main campus and one at 258 Queensberry St) to lend for conference calls.
There is no cost involved in this, though you need to book it in advance. To book it, please complete the booking form below or email.
We have purchased a Polycom Soundstation Ex which handles conferences with up to 20 people in the one room. It is full duplex which means both parties can speak at the one time.
You may also book a Conference Call via the switchboard. There are costs associated with the booking. Any cancellations will incur a fee. To book please follow the instructions on the booking form.
