Before you ring to report a fault please check the common faults document first.
If you still require help, please assist us to help you faster by having this information handy when you ring 40888:
- The extension number of the phone with the problem.
- What type of phone has the problem (There will be writing somewhere..)
- What the problem is.
- Where the phone is (building and room number).
- A contact phone number (This is vital)
