Telephone Programming

To order programming, please send your request to telephone-help@unimelb.edu.au with the required information including a contact name and phone number.

Types of programming:

 

CPU group (Call Pick Up Group)


This is the function you use when you dial ** to pick up another ringing extension. The maximum number of extensions in a CPU group is twenty, and we need to program the PABX for this to operate.

 

Line Appearances on a Dterm.


These are the numbers that flash and/or ring on the top 15 buttons on a Dterm telephone . There maybe costs involved with this request depending on complexity. Please confirm with Telephone Services.
