Billing and Account Enquiries

Please follow these steps for all Mobile related account enquiries:

  1. Have the following information ready:
    • Full name as shown on the bill
    • Mobile number
    • Billing period (if your enquiry relates to a particular billing period)
  2. Please contact the Telephones Service Desk on x47000 and follow the prompts.
    The Telephones Service Desk will be able to explain items billed on your account and provide general assistance.

If you have identified a potential incorrect charge on your bill, please complete the Billing Dispute Form. The Telephones Service Desk will raise the dispute on your behalf, and a Remedy case will be raised for your reference. The dispute should be resolved within 21 working days, and any credits owing should appear on your next bill.
