Installing additional software

We strive to maintain a secure computer environment and standardised software configuration in iMedia theatres, iMedia theatrettes, eSeminar rooms, eLearning studios, and learning suites with SmartBoards.

To meet your academic needs, we can install additional licensed/freeware software, using legitimate software downloads and/or media/licence keys provided by you.

We will decline to install any software that is known to cause security/operating problems for other users.

To enable installation, one of our support consultants will need to place the computer in “administrator mode”. We will seek your confirmation that the software performs as expected.
