I am experiencing problems trying to listen to a Lectopia recording. Who can I contact for assistance?

Lectopia is setup with an electronic problem reporting system. Each individual recording posted within each subject has a “Report a problem with this recording” link. When submitting a problem report using this link, information about your computer and its setup is collected which can help find a solution to your problem. Replies are made as soon as possible by email, as it is easier to provide the complex advice that is sometimes required.
