Use this form to report any faults in shared learning spaces or shared meeting rooms. If you require urgent assistance, contact the Learning Space Support service desk (ext.47064).
Service targets
- Response time: 2 hours (during business day).
- Resolution time: Subject to service level of the incident, availability of any spare parts or replacement equipment, and timetable availability of the space.
The information you provide here is vital to our continual maintenance program. The faster faults can be recognised, the faster we can repair them, which means better resources for all members of our community.
